How to take your measurements:
1. Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, holding the tape measure horizontally around your back.
2. Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, just above your belly button.
3. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Additional tips:
If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for better comfort, especially for fitted sportswear.
Remember that activewear is designed to move with you, so a slightly tighter fit may be normal.
